The privacy policy described below (“Privacy Policy”) is applicable when services of Pragami Wellness LLP are availed either directly or indirectly.

The words “Pragami Wellness LLP”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Pragami Wellness LLP, hereinafter referred to as “Pragami”, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at 110, 1st floor, Prime Plaza, Parel, Delise Road, Mumbai - 400013, Maharashtra, India.

The words "you", "your" or "yours" refer to any person who is using, accessing or browsing or has used, accessed or browsed the Site (as defined below) and/or is using or accessing or has used or accessed any version of the Pragami Wellness LLP mobile application (“App”) and/or has availed the services offered by us. The terms / words not defined herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Terms and Conditions (as defined below) applicable to the use or user of Pragami Wellness LLP website at care@pragamiwellness.com (or such other domain as the company may operate) or any other website created by Pragami Wellness LLP, as may be modified from time to time (“Site”) and the use or user of the App.

We are engaged in the business of Wellness and E-commerce Services. Like our service, we keep things simple and easy. We value your privacy and security and follow the highest industry standards and practices to ensure the information you provide us is secure.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, HANDLING AND SHARING

Use of information for access to Site and/or the App and/or services of Pragami Wellness LLP: This Privacy Policy contains provisions regarding collection, usage, storage, handling and sharing of information that you share on the Site and/or the App. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the type of information collected and handled by us includes:

  • “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” (SPDI): Shall have the meaning given under the IT Rules, 2011. Information freely available in the public domain is not considered SPDI.

To avail certain services, users are required to provide information including: (a) name, (b) email address, (c) phone number, (d) access to SMS logs (where applicable for verification), (e) phone contacts, (f) location information (GPS/IP), and (g) device usage information.

  • Process payments (card details are handled by authorized third-party gateways and are not stored by us in an unencrypted format).

DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes over the collection or handling of Personal Information will be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
